The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) has forecast cloudy conditions and light rainfall over parts of Southern Ghana on Monday, June 22, 2026.
According to the agency’s latest 24-hour impact-based weather forecast, the early hours of Monday are expected to be generally cloudy, with a likelihood of slight rains in several southern areas.
GMet also indicated that thunderstorms and rain-bearing clouds developing over parts of the middle and transition belts could result in thunderstorms and rainfall of varying intensities in some locations.
The agency advised the public to remain alert and take the necessary precautions, especially in areas vulnerable to flooding and storm-related disruptions.
Temperature levels on Monday are expected to range from a minimum of 21°C along the coast to 24°C in the northern sector, while maximum temperatures could reach between 26°C and 29°C nationwide.
The forecast was issued by the Central Analysis and Forecasting Office of the Ghana Meteorological Agency.
