Award-winning Ghanaian rapper M.anifest has been announced as part of the entertainment line-up for activities surrounding the FIFA World Cup 2026 celebrations in New York and New Jersey.
The celebrated Ghanaian artiste appears to be the only Ghanaian musician named on the extensive line-up for the cultural and music festival dubbed Wyclef Jean’s Carnival 65, which forms part of the FIFA World Cup 2026 fan experience in Queens, New York.
M.anifest shared the announcement on his official Facebook page alongside the caption: “New York. World Cup ⚽️ See you soon 👊🏿🇬🇭🇺🇸,” confirming his participation in the global event.
According to details on the promotional artwork, the event is scheduled to run from June 11 to June 27, 2026, at several venues across Queens, including the Queens Museum, Queens Public Library, The Lay Out Cafe, Erzulie, Record Room and the USTA Billie Jean King Center at Flushing Meadows Park.
The festival will feature FIFA World Cup 2026 watch parties, live music performances, NYCFC programming, and small-sided football sessions aimed at celebrating football, culture and global music.
M.anifest joins an international roster of performers and personalities including Wyclef Jean, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Ella Mai and Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho.
Other acts listed on the flyer include Juls, Nina Sky, Crystal Waters, Shermology, Erick the Architect and several international DJs and performers.
The announcement has generated excitement among Ghanaian music fans on social media, with many praising M.anifest for continuing to represent Ghana on major international platforms.
