A woman in Seattle has gone viral after accidentally driving her car onto a light rail track approximately 30 feet above ground near Mount Baker Station, causing a temporary suspension of train services.

According to reports, the driver told authorities that she had been following directions from her GPS navigation system when she somehow ended up on the elevated tracks.

The unusual incident left transit officials scrambling to remove the vehicle and restore normal rail operations. Images and videos from the scene showed the car stranded on the tracks as transit workers assessed the situation.

Train services in the area were temporarily halted while crews worked to safely remove the vehicle. Authorities eventually used specialised equipment to lift the car off the tracks before service resumed.
