Ghanaian singer Gyakie has criticised GHOne TV for saying she is searching for a boyfriend instead of promoting her new music, upcoming EP and concert in a news card shared on X.
The station used the headline, “I’m single. I’m currently searching for a boyfriend,” prompting the singer to question its choice of story from the interview.
“We spoke about so many important things.
“I have a new song out, I’ll have an EP coming soon and I have a concert coming up as well, yet this is what you decide to highlight?” she wrote.

Gyakie also dismissed the suggestion that she was looking for a boyfriend, adding, “I am not looking for a boyfriend, please.
