Keche Joshua has praised Joana Gyan Cudjoe for the role she played in helping Keche establish itself in Ghana’s music industry, despite the end of their seven-year contract.
According to Joshua, the Amenfi Central MP and her team recognised the group’s potential when they began working together and helped them produce some of their biggest songs.
“When they came in, they realised that the potential Keche has is very strong. So, through the woman, we recorded ‘No Dulling’, ‘Good Mood’, and we’ve done everything with them. So, I think it’s time we give the mantle to Keche because we’re strong enough to hold the mantle,” he said.
Joshua said the group’s relationship with GEM Media had been positive and insisted that he had no reason to speak negatively about the company or Joana Gyan Cudjoe.
“To be honest, it’s been great working with GEM Media, and I would not lie because Andrew’s wife is one woman I would go on my knees and pray for every day.
“She’s an amazing woman. She did everything possible to position Keche,” he stated.
He said after Joana Gyan Cudjoe officially ended her seven-year contract with the music group, bringing their formal working relationship to an end.
